Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please e-mail us and we will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part i.e. there is a significant error in the description, or because the item is damaged, we will refund the purchase price in full and pay your costs of returning it to us.

If you are returning an item for any other reason you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be received in the same condition as shipped i.e. not worn or washed. Upon receipt and subject to inspection we will refund the purchase price less a restocking fee of £2.50. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
